As a household name within Motorsport and Car enthusiasts alike, Carl Thompson is not new to magazine covers, wall posters or even CRC Motorsport on TV3.
With some crazy car builds in the past for road and track. It wasn't a surprise that when Carl turned up to compete in his first professional year with-in D1NZ, it was with a car that took the level of locally built drift machines up 10 notches.
Carl has been drifting for approximately 10 years now and having just completed 2yrs professionally in the D1NZ National Pro Championship. The goal within the team is to build a monster campaign for 2020. Not only will this see the team travel to the USA for Sema & Sema Ignite but also do some activations with drivers from the USA drift competition Formula Drift.
